Late night & private shopping:

We offer late night shopping, private shopping and female only (and male!) shopping experiences on request, available by booking via email. We can also stay open later should you wish to make a purchase in the early evening. Offering you the best customer service is what we love!

Dogs & pets:

Dogs and pets of any kind are welcome. We’ve even had cats in before! We do ask that your pet is well behaved and on a leash.

Disabled customers & anxiety awareness:

If you are a wheelchair user and would like to visit, please email a few days head of time so we can arrange a ramp for you to use. The shop is located in a listed building, we have a step at the entrance which is about half a foot high which we cannot change or alter. We are always happy to help if you have other needs.

If you find shopping and being in public difficult due to anxiety/ OCD/ other conditions - we completely understand and we can arrange for you to come in and be served by Laura at a time of your choosing. If needed, we can arrange transport for you to be taken home afterwards and will wait with you until you get picked up. We are an anxiety conscious shop.
